When booking an appointment, we collect the following information: full name, phone number (WhatsApp), email address (optional). This data is used solely to organise appointments and send notifications.

Your data is used to: confirm and manage appointments, send appointment status notifications via WhatsApp and email, and improve our service quality. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.
3. Data storage
Data is stored on secure Supabase servers (EU). Only clinic staff have access to your data. Tokens and sensitive data are stored in encrypted form.
4. WhatsApp notifications
By providing your phone number, you agree to receive automated messages from DR.Sultanov clinic via WhatsApp Business API (Meta). Messages relate only to your appointment status (confirmation, reminder, cancellation).
